What is the meaning of Jesus Christ’s resurrection?

relaxing sunset abstraction inducing peaceful sensation and mystic contemplation

What did God want to tell us with the resurrection of Jesus Christ?

The Easter period, that commemorates and celebrates the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, is just over. With the resurrection, Jesus overcomes sin and death.  Yet we see clearly that physical death continues to exist on earth, as do evil deeds by men. But then, what did God want to tell us with the resurrection of Jesus Christ? Furthermore, how does the resurrection of Christ affects the material life of every man?

What is the meaning of Jesus Christ’s resurrection?

“The meaning is to make us understand that there is no death of the spirit, and that life is not only the physical one, but that this is indelibly connected to the spiritual life, and that earthly actions definitively affect the spiritual life. The concept is that material and spiritual life are one thing, and one does not prescind from the other. Acting well leads to salvation, and every action affects the future spiritual life, or rather the future life. Essentially, the future spiritual life is affected by the present material life.”
